- Trademarks: "Elyte Labs" and associated logos are trademarks of Elyte Labs. You may not use them without prior written permission.
4. App Store Terms
Our Apps are distributed through the Google Play Store. Your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms, Google Play's terms shall prevail with respect to the distribution and use of the Apps through their platform.
5. Advertisements
Our free Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks including Google AdMob and Facebook Audience Network. These ads may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information for ad targeting. By using our Apps, you consent to the display of advertisements and the data collection practices of our advertising partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
